Short version: what's the actual difference
Protein is almost pure protein (20-25 g per serving, minimal carbs and fat). A GAINER is protein PLUS a heavy dose of carbs, so a single serving is several times more calorie-dense. Neither one is "better" — they're tools built for different jobs.
When a gainer makes sense
When your goal is to gain weight (bulk up) and your appetite or a packed schedule won't let you eat enough calories through regular food alone. The classic candidate is a fast-metabolism hardgainer who struggles to hit their calorie target on solid food alone.
When plain protein is the better call
If your goal is fat loss, cutting, or just maintaining your current shape without adding extra weight — the surplus carbs in a gainer aren't doing you any favors. Stick with protein and manage carbs separately through your regular diet.
Using both
Plenty of people use both: a gainer on heavy training days (more calories burned means more room to spare), plain protein on regular days.
Our GAINER comes in several flavors and sizes (1 kg / 2 kg) — start with the smaller tub to test the flavor before committing to the big one.
